Tony Slade, Head of I&C Energy Solutions, RWE npower Tony Slade joined npower in August 2013 as Head of I&C Energy Solutions.

Tony’s team focuses on the development and innovation of ‘end to end’ energy solutions, ensuring that customers have the tools to ensure that they maximise their energy efficiency.

Tony previously trained as a marine engineer and has a number of years of practical operational and maintenance experience. Tony also has an array of technical, sales and managerial experience, with him leading in organisations such as Dalkia Utility Services, Johnson Controls (Industrial Energy), Evolve Energy and Balfour Beatty (Energy Services). Tony has provided market leading energy solutions to Blue Chip clients for more than twenty years and has previously led the successful establishment and growth of an Energy Services Company (ESCo) capability within a number of organisations.
